Hotel is located in the prime location, where other luxury hotels are available.walkable distance to major picnic spots.stayed in kings suite room, which had a large bedroom,a room with sofas, dressing room and a balcony to view the sea.Two TV unit were available, but only 10 channels provided.only soap and towels were provided.

Stayed there on 02.04.2019 for a day. The room was spacious and clean. No restaurant available. Need to post an intimation about sunrise view at their roof top. The TV provided does not serve the purpose, with almost 98% of the channels showing 'No signal' especially Tamil Channels. With a large screen TV at reception, hoteliers claim that they are not aware of it. Has to improve. Srinivasan.

hotel location is very good. very close to beach, kanyakumari temple and other attractions. market is also close-by.plenty of eating options are available near the hotel. sun rise and sun set can be seen clearly from the terrace of the hotel.

I stayed in hotel from 21 to 24 September 2018.I stayed here third time. Properly maintained hotel property in budget hotel.Rooms are spacious clean and and maintained.Sea view rooms are available.don't expect luxury hotel amenities on budget price. Pros. 1.All places nearby on walking distance like sea,ferry service temple ,restaurant ,market and kanyakumari railway station around 1 km. 2.Room service is good cons 1.No restaurant (lots of restaurant in nearby). 2.They will not consider your request for early check in and late checkout if you are booking from online portal. so we careful and take confirmation in email for checkin checkout timing if you are making any request . Hotel check-in checkout-policy is not fixed even not mentioned on its website.if you asked they will say afternoon 12 checkout time.but i booked from online portal Makemytrip and ask for early check-in at 9 am. other day they asked me to checkout at 9 am because i checked in at 9 am and not at the official 12 checkout as per Makemytrip confirmation mail.So i have to one more day extra.

Had a great stay in the hotel. We had booked two rooms n both were awesome. The room r large and spacious. Neat and clean. Staff is good. The kanyakumari beach can been seen from the hotel terrace .u can easily watch the super rise n sunset from the terrace.
